We have been using Black Lion Property Services for three years on projects large and small. They are a small, family owned business, and the family members are incredibly talented. They do construction-related services such as roofing, landscaping, siding and gutters, painting, and deck building.
We have used Black Lion to prepare our house for sale, which included repairs, roofing, and a very large paint job.
Black Lion has installed custom built-in shelves for us and designed and built a custom pantry.
Black Lion has renovated and upgraded our laundry room, adding shelves, cabinets, and counter tops.
They are installing custom closets and shoes organizers in our bedrooms.
This Spring they will be installing a large screened in, roofed porch on our house.
Black Lion is a trustworthy, skilled company who always goes the extra mile to make their work perfect. As a bonus, they are kind and gracious people.

They recently replaced our roof and gutters. They arrived exactly when they said they would to inspect the project and provided a fair quote quickly. Once we signed an agreement they provided frequent status updates while we waited for the materials to arrive and the weather to cooperate. When they began the work their team was respectful of our property and did an excellent job moving stuff out of the way. Their crew was polite, professional and did good quality work. When the job was done they did a good job cleaning up and putting things back where they found them. Prior to contacting Black Lion I had a one of the major regional roofing companies provide an estimate. They sent a sales person out who took measurements, left, then wanted to setup another In person appointment to review their pricing and attempt to pressure me into signing on the spot. They refused to just send me their pricing and description of the proposed work. A giant waste of time with a high pressure sales push to purchase at a highly inflated price. Night & day compared to Black Lion. They are a small owner operator business. The guys doing the work met with me on day one and provided the price and walked me through what they do. Straight forward service with no BS. Don’t expect a fancy sales presentation- you won’t get it and frankly you don’t need it. I couldn’t recommend the team at Black Lion more. Give them a call if have a project you need help with.

Black Lion painted the inside of my home. We recently moved in and the walls were powder blue. I knew I needed to paint (I hate powder blue) but It was a large job and I was feeling overwhelmed. Irvin was excellent. He was very polite and respectful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He did an impeccable job! He was FAST, precise, and very clean (literally no dust, foot prints, or debris left behind!)! He kept in touch, showed up on time, and had a great demeanor. I was very impressed. Prices are very reasonable too.
